Topics with unclear or ambiguous names for users (i.e. ‘Urgent!’, ‘Error’, ‘Important’, ‘Help’ or other shortened or senseless expressions) are expressly forbidden. Users are obliged to write a descriptive title in order to make easier for others to understand the content of the post.
Spam is not allowed in any shape. Are not allowed useless answers or groundless arguments.
If the users do not know the treated topic, or have nothing regarding topic to ask , they must not fill up uselessly the forum pages.
It’s not allowed to write consecutive posts in the same topic with an interval less than one day; it’s mandatory to use the button ‘modify post’ in order to add or remove material from post.

Users are invited to discuss ideas and not persons.
It’s strictly forbidden to post counterfeit posts in order to get oneself free advertising in the forum. It’s forbidden to insert links to any site if not regarding the topic.
The advertising in the forum can be effected through the preventive request form for the spaces dedicated, and it’s not free.
In this forum are not accepted users’ avatars. Users have a great choice of avatar that can be seen in the panel of user control – profile – modify avatar – view gallery.
The moderators of the forum are the only persons charged to answer the users’ requests. The users who will not respect the above mentioned rules of this forum, also after an advice, will have their posts cancelled, and could be cancelled their account too.
The rules of this forum can be modified in any moment and without notice.
The user will be informed about modifications according to webmaster and administrators opinion.
